What you will do

• Architect end-to-end solutions integrating product capabilities with customer business processes and third-party systems.
• Serve as strategic advisor during customer engagements, guiding solution design and implementation.
• Translate business requirements into functional product-driven designs and technical blueprints.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to influence roadmap and ensure technical feasibility.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep dives with clients and internal teams.
• Establish architectural standards and maintain solution documentation.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years experience in Solution Architecture, Business Architecture, or Product Strategy within SaaS or technology.
• Location requirement: Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong experience with enterprise systems integration, process modeling, and scalable solution design.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client engagements.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, API architectures, cloud platforms, and modern software design principles preferred.
