Salary: $130,000 – $153,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end content strategy across SEO, awareness, and conversion stages.
• Lead and mentor a team including a senior editor, copywriter, and SEO manager.
• Produce high-impact assets like pillar pages, data-driven journalism, and product explainers.
• Partner with Product and Growth teams to align content with keyword intent and conversion goals.
• Optimize web presence for AI-driven search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Refine editorial processes and utilize AI tools to improve team output and efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in journalism or content marketing, ideally in insurance or personal finance.
• Proven track record of leading content and SEO/GEO teams.
• Deep understanding of Google's Helpful Content and Your Money Your Life (YMYL) guidelines.
• Strong editorial judgment and technical fluency in content strategy and SEO.
• Experience worhirify.globalg effectively within the constraints of a regulated industry.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the US and reside in an eligible state.
