What you will do

• Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead the design and development of custom Duck Creek solutions using ManuScript.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team across the Duck Creek platform.
• Drive solution approvals, including requirements, architecture, and delivery timelines.
• Support project planning and ensure solutions align with long-term client strategies.
• Take ownership of customer issues and lead them to resolution.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of industry experience, including 5+ years with Duck Creek products.
• Deep expertise in Duck Creek Policy Administration and/or Billing.
• Hands-on experience with ManuScript configuration and inheritance structures.
• Experience with Duck Creek APIs, Duck Creek Anywhere, and Duck Creek Skins.
• Strong background in C# custom business objects and XML.
• Solid experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, triggers, and related database objects.
