What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Architect scalable data models and automation logic including triggers, flows, and validation rules.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Manage release cycles, sandbox environments, and CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance regarding governor limits and data volumes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Must have the right to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce data modeling.
• Strong experience with API integrations and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical designs to stakeholders and mentor team members.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (PD I/II, App Builder, System Architect).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Background in agile/Scrum environments.
