What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Partner with the Delivery Manager to ensure timely delivery of each implementation phase and ensure long-term client success.
• Lead scoping and discovery sessions to understand and document business requirements.
• Deliver a configured hirify.global environment that meets client needs and aligns with best practices.
• Conduct training with clients on software functions and create customized training resources.
• Proactively identify and escalate client implementation risks, collaborating with teams to develop solutions.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience in client-facing, project management, SaaS implementation, and/or the home services industry.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks to successful completion.
• Ability to think ahead and take proactive steps to address roadblocks and issues.
• Exceptional client relationship skills and a clear view of what constitutes an excellent client experience and partnership.
• Collaborative team player always looking to help and enable others in the organization.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and previous experience with Excel and SmartSheet.
