What you will do
- Own and design the GTM tech stack including HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo.
- Consolidate, clean, and orchestrate fragmented data into a unified, reliable foundation.
- Build automated prospecting and outreach workflows that adapt to real-time engagement signals.
- Develop dynamic target lists by integrating internal data with external market signals.
- Implement routing logic to ensure high-value leads are handled by human representatives.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to build scalable, non-siloed GTM playbooks.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 3–5 years of experience in GTM Ops, RevOps, or Growth Engineering at a B2B SaaS company
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, SQL, APIs, and webhooks
- Deep experience with CRM data cleaning, deduplication, and pipeline enrichment
- Strong interest and experimental experience with AI agents and agentic workflows
- Ability to build from scratch and iterate rapidly in an early-stage environment
