What you will do
- Administer and manage Jira, JSM, and Confluence instances to meet the evolving needs of technical, product, compliance, and customer support teams.
- Design and implement advanced workflows, permission schemes, and automation rules that align with regulated financial operations.
- Develop and maintain custom dashboards, SLA reports, and data visualizations for operations, audit, and compliance purposes.
- Configure and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps and third-party extensions, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and business continuity standards.
- Deliver user support, training, and documentation for internal teams to maximize platform adoption and efficient usage.
- Support and optimize JSM for ITSM processes, including request queues, SLAs, incident management, and Confluence-based knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Atlassian tools in a production environment, preferably in fintech or highly regulated industries
- Experience with Jira, JSM, and Confluence
- Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS frameworks
