What you will do

• Deploy, manage, and maintain the company's fleet of Apple Mac computers.
• Support IT equipment in the London office, including networking, video conferencing, and studio spaces.
• Manage user accounts across various SaaS platforms to ensure employee productivity and data security.
• Maintain compliance evidence for device management and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Review IT vendor relationships to ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the London office 4+ days a week
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Apple Mac hardware and macOS at scale.
• Experience managing SaaS software via SSO solutions.
• Strong background assisting technical teams with high standards for efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDM and EPP/EDR solutions.
• Background in maintaining office LAN solutions (wired and wireless).
• Experience with video conferencing and AV hardware.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like ISO27001 or SOC2.
