TL;DR
Technical Solutions Specialist (SaaS): Provide escalated technical support and troubleshooting for Aspire software platform with an accent on client issue resolution, report design, and cross-departmental collaboration. Focus on testing software fixes, mentoring support specialists, and ensuring SLA compliance in a hybrid work environment.
Location: St. Louis, MO, USA or Remote (USA only) with a hybrid work model of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week

What you will do
- Provide escalated technical support and troubleshoot client issues with clear documentation
- Collaborate closely with development and client services teams on escalated issues
- Design and create custom reports and monthly reporting for clients and internal teams
- Test software bug fixes and enhancements before client release
- Mentor and train AspireCare specialists on advanced system concepts
- Manage ticket prioritization, resolution, and communication with clients
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA or able to work remotely within the USA
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years client-facing or account management experience
- Experience with report writing tools, SQL, and relational databases
- Preferred knowledge of Atlassian JIRA, C#, HTML, VBA scripting, and AI tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
