What you will do

• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies (X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Create content that reinforces update cadence and live ops, supporting social loops that drive return play.
• Collaborate with media editors to produce high-performing assets for major updates and deliver post-campaign performance reporting and insights.
• Attend developer syncs and gather insights to inform community discussions.
• Track KPIs tied to growth and retention, running A/B tests on messaging formats and hooks.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in social media, gaming preferred.
• Deep understanding of Roblox culture and ecosystem.
• Strong instincts for what performs in short-form video.
• Experience working with creators or influencer programs.
• Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Data-driven mindset with creative execution ability.
• Clear, confident communicator across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Managed accounts for live-service games.
• Understand thumbnail / discovery dynamics.
• Experience supporting licensed IP or large communities.
