What you will do

• Define social media strategy, insights, and innovation across existing and emerging platforms.
• Execute marketing campaigns for theatrical releases on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Manage social media analytics, social listening, and franchise performance reporting.
• Lead creator partnerships and identify opportunities to enhance campaign reach and impact.
• Oversee editorial calendars, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
• Present social strategies, plans, and asset recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in social media marketing strategy.
• Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns.
• Expertise in interpreting data using analytics tools to support business objectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience influencing senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain brand tone, voice, and comedy sensibility.
• Must be able to work on-site in Santa Monica, CA
