TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (EdTech): Onboarding teachers, coaches, and school leaders to ensure educators successfully implement and derive continuous value from Magma with an accent on product adoption and best practices in the classroom. Focus on exemplary mathematical instruction and discourse among teachers and students.

Location: El Segundo, California. Must work from the LA office four days per week.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with district leaders and teachers.
  • Understand each district’s unique needs and objectives.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
  • Provide virtual and onsite training and resources.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of work experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Previous work in ed tech, SaaS, and/or education.
  • Proven track record of building and retaining strong relationships.
  • Self-led and goal oriented.
  • A curious mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and understand the product's technical aspects.
  • Flexibility with working across timezones and willingness to travel.
