What you will do

• Work closely with the Pre‑Sales team and reseller partners to scope, size, and architect Dell‑based solutions.
• Build complex configurations across Dell storage, compute, and data protection portfolios.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor within SD&S.
• Maintain relevant industry certifications and identify training opportunities for the team.
• Represent SD&S in partner engagements, vendor initiatives, and industry events.
• Develop strong customer and vendor relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of functional experience, including at least 3 years in a specialized technical role.
• Proficiency with tools, systems, and processes required for solution design and configuration.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Prior Dell experience as a Datacenter Sales Executive (DCSE), Solutions Architect (SA), or experience working with Dell Technical Advisors (TAs).
• Ability to design, size, and build complex Dell infrastructure solutions.
