Location: Primarily remote, but may be required to come into a local office or travel to other locations based on business needs.

Salary: USD $81,600 - USD $164,400 per year

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain data center operations, addressing alerts through monitoring platforms.
• Perform rack and stack installations, ensuring effective power and asset management.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and hypervisor issues, adhering to documented processes.
• Facilitate communication between the datacenter capacity team, R&D, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Networking, Automation, and Capacity team in on-site activities.
• Foster a culture of proactive communication and teamwork within the datacenter operations team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data center operations or related field.
• Proficient in asset management and infrastructure monitoring systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and hypervisor issues.
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 100 lbs) with assistance.
• Excellent coordination skills for managing complex tasks autonomously.
• Strong communication and integrity for effective cross-functional collaboration.
