What you will do

• Design, automate, and maintain global storage systems including SAN, NAS, and backup infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot storage and fabric performance to ensure optimal capacity and throughput.
• Manage storage replication, cloning, and snapshot technologies.
• Automate storage provisioning, data protection, and disaster recovery failover procedures.
• Collaborate with database and application teams to align storage architectures with business requirements.
• Conduct environment audits to optimize for cost, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise storage engineering and operations.
• Strong technical expertise in storage systems such as Dell EMC, NetApp, or Pure Storage.
• Deep understanding of protocols including iSCSI, NFS, SMB/CIFS, and Fibre Channel.
• Proven background in infrastructure automation and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud storage architectures (AWS S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud Storage).
• Advanced debugging skills in both Windows and Linux environments.
