What you will do
- Proactively identify and address inefficient service management processes.
- Use data to pinpoint where processes break down and challenge existing ways of working.
- Drive ITSM processes and continually reshape them to reduce demand and improve flow.
- Reduce unnecessary requests by improving service definitions and increasing automation.
- Ensure service metrics and reporting highlight trends and improvement opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with teams to implement service improvements.
Requirements
- A solution driven disruptor, service-focused mindset.
- A systems thinking approach, able to assess end-to-end services.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience working within Infrastructure and Operations environments.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with lean and agile ways of working.
