What you will do
- Provide 24x7x365 technical support and managed services for client infrastructure.
- Assess and concur on complex change requirements for existing services.
- Manage the implementation of configuration changes to supported infrastructure.
- Attend customer change advisory board sessions as a technical guide.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for internal teams and the customer.
- Maintain technical ownership throughout the service contract life.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a technical engineer within a systems integrator support environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud and IT products and associated management applications.
- Strong experience across the service lifecycle and supporting bid costings.
- Proven ability in service improvement and service transformation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage complex change discussions.
