- Drive revenue growth through the creation of a robust pipeline of qualified Mid-Market opportunities.
- Contribute to and execute strategic and tactical plans for outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Optimize scheduling and ensure seamless handoffs of well-prepared prospects to the sales team.
- Attract and retain top talent through structured development and a focus on achieving goals.
- Communicate all aspects of your business to stakeholders, including performance and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Responsible for a team of 8-10 Business Development Representatives.
- Deep knowledge of digital selling and alignment between Sales and Marketing.
- Experience managing the lead lifecycle from initial identification to successful sales handoff.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effectively balance domain expertise in CRM software and leadership skills to drive impact and results.
