TL;DR

Sales Leader (SaaS/Technology): Building and scaling the Southeast & Ohio Valley business and sales team by developing and executing winning go-to-market strategies. Focus on driving strategic pipeline growth, designing regional account strategies, and expanding the partner ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Washington D.C.; Florida; Ohio

Salary: $390-400k OTE + equity

What you will do

  • Build and lead a team of high-caliber sales professionals.
  • Create and implement scalable processes for consistent sales success.
  • Drive strategic pipeline growth through field sales, marketing collaborations, and partnership development.
  • Design and execute regional account strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Foster deep relationships with customers to drive renewals, expansions, and advocacy.
  • Expand the partner ecosystem through strategic relationship building and program development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS/technology sales experience including 3+ years of direct leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in enterprise software sales, particularly in security or automation.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of modern enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
