TL;DR

VP of Sales, Expansion (SaaS): Leading and scaling the revenue engine responsible for growth within the existing customer base with an accent on driving Shop Management System tier upgrades, add-on adoption, and hirify.global Marketing expansion. Focus on building repeatable expansion motions, coaching teams, and partnering cross-functionally to create a seamless customer journey.

Location: Remote or hybrid, based on proximity to office hubs. Travel is an expected part of every role.

What you will do

  • Own the expansion revenue engine and build the strategy to turn customer results into measurable revenue growth.
  • Create a predictable and measurable expansion pipeline with playbooks and qualification frameworks.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to drive product discovery and adoption.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that increase product attach rate, customer lifetime value, and adoption of new products.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing expansion sales team.
  • Maintain leadership partnership with Payments Sales to ensure alignment between payments adoption and broader expansion strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS revenue leadership experience.
  • 5+ years leading expansion, growth, or account management teams.
  • Proven success scaling expansion revenue across large SMB customer bases.
  • Experience building repeatable, high-velocity expansion sales motions.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth and usage-based expansion.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using signals, attribution, and performance insights to drive decisions.
