Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of B2B clients to drive adoption, engagement, and long-term value for a mobile-first employee experience platform with an accent on relationship building and strategic partnership. Focus on leading renewal and expansion conversations, driving feature adoption, and championing the voice of the customer to influence product development.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Boston (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office).
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 + bonus.

What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to provide strategic recommendations that drive value and satisfaction.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations to identify growth opportunities and reduce churn.
- Create value-led business cases to promote the adoption of additional platform features.
- Deliver webinars, training sessions, and reusable content for scalable customer success.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success role within a B2B SaaS business.
- Confidence in managing the full customer lifecycle, including renewals and upsells.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management and discipline.
- Strong technical skills and experience in a metrics-driven environment.
