TL;DR
Customer Advisor (SaaS): Resolving complex operational issues for healthcare providers within a SaaS ecosystem with an accent on retention, consultative problem-solving, and value-driven engagement. Focus on translating technical platform features into business outcomes, managing high-stakes customer relationships, and ensuring seamless operational continuity for homecare organizations.
Location: Must be able to commute to the Bloomington, MN office 3 days per week (hybrid).
Salary: $65,000–$70,000.

What you will do
- Manage a customer portfolio through a mix of proactive outreach and high-impact responsive problem-solving.
- Identify customer needs and implement solutions across billing, scheduling, compliance, and reporting.
- Lead retention efforts for at-risk accounts by presenting clear, stabilization-focused action plans.
- Guide customers through critical transitions from post-implementation to stable operations.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Finance teams to deliver unified resolutions.
- Influence internal product and process improvements by surfacing recurring customer challenges and patterns.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role handling complex relationship management.
- Proven success in customer retention through consultative discussions and value-based solutions.
- Experience working with SaaS or complex technology platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage travel requirements of up to 10%, including overnight travel.
- Must be available for a hybrid work schedule in Bloomington, MN (Tues/Wed/Thurs).
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or homecare operations.
- Sales experience related to renewals, upsells, or contract negotiations.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Salesloft, Tableau, or CoPilot.
- Prior experience with customer success tooling and health score tracking.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
