What you will do

• Manage collaboration between the Email Marketing team, Google Ads team, and Meta Ads team.
• Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and consistent with the company brand and strategy.
• Collect and review performance reports from each marketing channel, approving campaigns where necessary.
• Report key insights and results back to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance, increase user acquisition, and strengthen market position.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience in marketing roles in a Crypto/TradFi/FinTech/Trading/Prop Trading setting.
• Experience running Marketing campaigns and coordinating between other marketing professionals and leadership.
• Experience working with a startup is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A strong, demonstrable interest in Crypto.
