Salary: Target Salary is $70,000 - $85,000 depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Manage successful influencer programs by developing custom strategies and tactical plans for achieving client’s goals and objectives.
• Provide superior client service, act as a point of contact, and escalate issues or key risks as appropriate.
• Perform robust analysis of influencer program performance using multiple data points to present data-driven recommendations to clients.
• Design influencer recruitment strategies, communication strategies, content strategies, incentive strategies and optimization strategies aimed at fostering long-term partnerships.
• Manage multiple influencer marketing programs with solid organizational skills and the ability to focus on and prioritize tasks based on client objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in KOL or affiliate/influencer marketing in crypto/finance, or 4+ years' experience in KOL or affiliate/influencer marketing with a strong interest in the crypto/finance space.
• Strong understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing can work together, with creativity and persistence to pursue unconventional partnerships.
• Solid understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing, with a track record of successfully running influencer campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
• Excellent at communicating, presenting and pitching and receiving approval from clients on new influencer campaigns.
• Ability to travel up to 15%
