What you will do
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover opportunities in SEM performance, evaluating efficiency, elasticity, seasonality, market shifts, and LTV-based bidding strategies.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of automated bidding logic informed by statistical models, demand trends, and auction dynamics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools to track campaign performance and algorithmic behavior.
- Partner with Data Science to integrate predictive models, forecasting tools, and simulation frameworks into SEM decision-making systems.
- Continuously test and iterate on SEM data pipelines, model inputs, and optimization logic to improve performance tracking and bidding accuracy.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering).
- 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
- Background in quantitative analysis, data science, or a similar role, ideally within the travel, financial trading, or tech sectors.
- Skilled in working with large datasets, conducting advanced analysis, and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Strong understanding of how data insights influence performance marketing and overall company strategy and business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of digital advertising channels (SEM, Paid Social, Display, Video); experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- 5+ years in a data-intensive role focused on quantitative decision-making and optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms used for marketing performance measurement.
