What you will do

• Direct and manage project development from initiation to closure within budget, schedule, and resource limits.
• Negotiate, define, communicate, and manage the scope of the project.
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks.
• Serve as liaison between company and client for overall project and support activities.
• Act as a mentor to Project Coordinators and other team members; inspire collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in a Technical Project Manager or IT Project Manager role.
• Strong background in software development is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in workload planning, capacity management, budget tracking, and prioritization across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or scaled frameworks).
• Ability to work 8:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM CDT and willingness to attend the Buenos Aires office several days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare domain or other regulated industries.
• Hands‑on development background in Java or similar backend technologies.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent.
