What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day project management contact for life sciences clients, owning timelines, deliverable tracking, and proactive risk communication.
• Lead client-facing status meetings and steering committee check-ins; prepare clear, executive-ready project updates and issue escalation briefs.
• Manage full project lifecycle using Jira and Smartsheet.
• Build trusted, long-term working relationships with client counterparts.
• Map, document, and continuously improve cross-functional workflows to increase delivery speed and consistency.
• Lead special projects at leadership’s direction.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of project management experience in a consulting, SaaS, health-tech, or life sciences environment.
• Proven track record managing external client relationships as a primary point of contact.
• Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, Monday, or other PM tools.
• Fluency in both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall frameworks.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with 25–30% client travel.

Nice to have

• Certifications: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, etc.
• Prior exposure to commercial operations in biotech, pharma, or health-data analytics.
• Experience implementing governance around AI/ML products or data-privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
