Agile Project Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

Agile Project Manager (SaaS): Orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, maintaining cross-functional alignment and enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes iteratively and predictably with an accent on day-to-day coordination, tracking, and communication. Focus on Agile practices, CI/CD, and tooling to manage roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans.

Location: If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be required (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Those outside of commutable distance may be considered on a remote basis.

What you will do

• Lead or co-lead Agile program and project delivery across one or more initiatives.
• Facilitate key Agile activities to drive alignment and surface dependencies.
• Maintain initiative and program roadmaps, keeping milestones, key dates, and dependencies up to date.
• Act as a primary coordination point between Product Management, business stakeholders, Engineering, and DevOps.
• Promote the use of Agile, Lean, and scaled Agile practices within teams.
• Collaborate with people managers and senior Project/Program Managers to provide input on capacity, workload, and skill needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, Agile team leadership/support, PMO, or similar delivery-focused roles, preferably in a SaaS or software product environment.
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver software or platform capabilities.
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and at least one portfolio/product management tool.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Agile or project management such as CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe (e.g., SA, SSM, SASM), or CAPM/PMP are a plus.
