Salary: $107,000 - $150,000 (USD)

What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle for Brand Studio work, from intake and scoping through kickoff, production, review, and delivery.
• Triage incoming requests, clarify deliverables and timelines, and route work to the right designers.
• Build and maintain projects in Asana with task breakdowns, assignments, milestones, and dependencies.
• Run project kickoffs, facilitate check-ins, and drive review cycles.
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for cross-functional partners, keeping requesters informed and accountable.
• Contribute to the operational systems that support Brand Studio by testing workflows and helping refine processes.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of project management or production experience inside a creative environment; agency background is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Asana and a solid understanding of design production.
• Track record of keeping complex creative work on track.
