What you will do

  • Lead the full lifecycle of proposal management from planning and storyboarding to final submission.
  • Develop persuasive commercial narratives that communicate value proposition and technical excellence.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with finance, engineering, and operations to gather necessary bid data.
  • Support commercial modelling, pricing structures, and contract development.
  • Maintain a library of standard content, case studies, and credentials for bid consistency.
  • Mentor colleagues on best practices in proposal writing and commercial storytelling.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in bid, tender management, or solution selling.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret complex pricing models.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate technical info into clear content.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing complex submissions involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work from the Bracknell office as part of a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in broadcast, media, or live events technology sectors.
  • Previous experience building or leading a commercial proposals function.
  • Proficiency with CRM and proposal automation tools like Salesforce.
