Scrum Master

What you will do

• Work as a consultant, expanding your network with national and international partners.
• Apply your skills in Agile software development environments.
• Work with technical teams in identity and access management environments.
• Facilitate, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous initiatives.
• Fluency in English and French (at least B2 Level).

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale enterprise or distributed team environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous delivery models.
• Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LESS or similar).
• Background in software engineering or technical project delivery.
• Experience using Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
