What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for suppliers post-audit, providing guidance on findings and remediation timelines.
• Develop, review, and refine Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) with a focus on feasibility and root-cause alignment.
• Monitor CAP progress and escalate risks or delays to ensure sustainable improvements.
• Coordinate with client and internal program teams to maintain consistent messaging and alignment.
• Analyze supplier remediation performance and create reports/dashboards using Excel and PowerBI.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and update internal SOPs according to SOW requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in ethical sourcing, labor compliance, or social risk monitoring.
• Deep understanding of audit methodologies, codes of conduct, and corrective action processes.
• English: C1 proficiency (excellent written and verbal skills).
• Location: Must be based in Turkey or Portugal.
• Willingness to travel periodically as required.
