What you will do
- Identify, approach, and sign partners to open new markets and revenue streams.
- Operationalize partnership models, including reseller, referral, technology, and integration.
- Develop enablement programs and certification tracks to prepare partners to sell and implement .
- Own a partnership-driven pipeline target and contribute directly to revenue.
- Identify co-selling and co-marketing opportunities and collaborate with Sales on joint account planning.
- Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams, translating partner feedback into actionable product insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnership Management.
- Hunter mentality with experience sourcing and signing partners from scratch.
- Hands-on builder comfortable creating processes and materials from scratch.
- Strong communicator who builds alignment fast across partners and internal stakeholders.
- Resilient and structured, bringing clarity and focus when priorities compete.
- Comfortable with AI-powered tools (Copilot, Notion AI, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Proficient spoken and written English skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in EV charging or e-mobility, B2B SaaS, working with technology/integration partners, or strong technical/API acumen.
