Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Copenhagen, or London

Salary: London: £77,100, Copenhagen: 62,114 DKK/month, Berlin: €87,500

What you will do

  • Identify, approach, and sign partners to open new markets and revenue streams.
  • Operationalize partnership models, including reseller, referral, technology, and integration.
  • Develop enablement programs and certification tracks to prepare partners to sell and implement hirify.global.
  • Own a partnership-driven pipeline target and contribute directly to revenue.
  • Identify co-selling and co-marketing opportunities and collaborate with Sales on joint account planning.
  • Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams, translating partner feedback into actionable product insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnership Management.
  • Hunter mentality with experience sourcing and signing partners from scratch.
  • Hands-on builder comfortable creating processes and materials from scratch.
  • Strong communicator who builds alignment fast across partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Resilient and structured, bringing clarity and focus when priorities compete.
  • Comfortable with AI-powered tools (Copilot, Notion AI, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Proficient spoken and written English skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in EV charging or e-mobility, B2B SaaS, working with technology/integration partners, or strong technical/API acumen.
