Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warsaw (2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 400-600 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Support the Technology Architecture team by handling administrative, coordination, and operational tasks.
• Enable architects to focus on strategic and technical decision-making.
• Act as a trusted support function across architecture governance processes.
• Contribute to planning and reporting activities within the architecture domain.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the GBS organisation.
• Ensure smooth operational flow and alignment of architectural activities across teams.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the TOGAF architecture framework.
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA, including strong command of JQL.
• Data science / Business Intelligence skills, including dashboard creation and Gantt charting.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage tasks based on complex criteria.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working with dispatching systems (ticket management).
• Advanced proficiency in Confluence, including integration with JIRA.
