What you will do

• Facilitate in-team and cross-team planning sessions and coordination efforts.
• Manage 3-4 feature or micro-teams to ensure consistent project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Release Train Engineers to improve program performance.
• Serve as a servant leader, mentor, and conflict navigator for your assigned teams.
• Travel regularly between international office locations to maintain team alignment.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe management frameworks.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong soft skills including mentorship, coaching, and conflict navigation capabilities.
• Willingness to undertake regular business travel between office locations.

Nice to have

• Technical background in SaaS or cybersecurity industry topics.
• Fluency in Slovak or Polish.
• Agile certifications or experience with release management.
• Valid group B driving permit.
