Senior Project Manager (SaaS)

Senior Project Manager (SaaS): Orchestrating the delivery of complex SaaS products within an Agile Release Train with an accent on SAFe practices, risk management, and cross-team synchronization. Focus on facilitating PI Planning, removing systemic impediments, and aligning technical execution with strategic business priorities.

Location: Must be based in Gdynia, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days in office/week)

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex software programs, managing scope, timelines, and budget.
• Facilitate key SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Sync, and System Demos.
• Drive alignment between product roadmaps, business objectives, and engineering commitments.
• Identify and mitigate systemic risks and dependencies across multiple development teams.
• Monitor flow metrics to improve execution quality and cross-team collaboration.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience managing software projects with hands-on Agile/SAFe expertise.
• Strong technical understanding of software development practices.
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and resolve complex cross-functional issues.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be able to work from the office in Gdynia, Poland 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in a formal Release Train Engineer (RTE) role.
• Advanced certifications in SAFe methodology.
