TL;DR

What you will do

• Manage formal procurement and contracting processes for telecommunications services.
• Source and analyze market offers while negotiating commercial terms to optimize cost efficiency.
• Oversee financial commitments, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Verify invoices and cooperate with vendors to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and technical teams (datacenter, hardware, network) to ensure infrastructure delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and ensure the quality of all outgoing project documents.

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience working with contracts and service providers.
• Fluent English skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (minimum 2–3 days per week in the Warsaw office).

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications services or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of the European telecommunications market (fiber leasing, L1/L2 data transmission, IP/Internet services).
• Experience with wholesale telecommunications services in Europe.
