TL;DR

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $210K – $225K

What you will do

  • Lead the development and evolution of core GTM processes, including sales territory design, lead routing logic, and pipeline management frameworks for a rapidly growing sales organization.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Security, Pricing, and Finance to identify inefficiencies and design scalable, durable solutions across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of high-impact, ambiguous problem areas, building processes from the ground up and continuously iterating as the business evolves.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current GTM operations and design scalable solutions to help hirify.global scale.
  • Act as a trusted partner to GTM leadership, helping prioritize initiatives, drive execution, and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in management consulting, revenue operations, sales operations, legal / security operations, corporate strategy, or business operations.
  • Experience with managing teams is required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
  • A detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas and problems into straightforward, actionable recommendations, especially to executives.

Nice to have

  • SQL experience
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
  • Previous 0-1 startup or operational experience
