What you will do

  • Identify, pursue, and close new retail business opportunities across Europe.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and client delivery.
  • Build and manage a team of field sales agents as the business grows.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals to retail clients.
  • Maintain deep market knowledge of retail trends and payment innovations.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure seamless processes and excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and business development within payments/fintech and retail technology industries.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with large and complex merchants.
  • Deep understanding of European omni-channel retail and payments ecosystems.
  • Languages: Fluent English (mandatory). Native or proficient knowledge of the local language is required depending on the country of assignment (Italy, France, Spain, Germany, or Portugal).
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
