What you will do
- Prospect for potential customers through various methods, including on-site meetings and networking.
- Understand client needs and identify new opportunities within the territory.
- Develop and implement Mutual Plans with customers to align on outcomes and timelines.
- Prepare and conduct presentations at senior management levels.
- Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external technology partners to meet sales targets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales in a direct touch mode, either at a vendor or reseller/channel partner.
- Proven success in driving and closing business with new logos.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Certification with Value Selling or MEDDPICC is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English
