What you will do

• Manage a team of Destination Managers, fostering collaboration, development, and performance.
• Oversee a portfolio of suppliers within your designated regions, negotiating optimal terms, ensuring quality, and securing availability.
• Drive the acquisition, selection, and onboarding of new partners.
• Lead market entries, creating strategies and frameworks to ensure sustainable growth in new regions.
• Maintain a clear focus on legal and regulatory compliance in all regions.
• Collect and analyse supplier and market data, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar field or role, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Fluent in English, other languages are a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in supplier management, negotiations, and relationship building.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
