Focus on building and executing measurable growth plans, fostering cross-functional alignment, and ensuring commercial success across diverse partnership ecosystems.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of Leiden, Netherlands

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners to drive ARR and pipeline.
  • Define and execute joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives.
  • Lead business reviews and build measurable joint growth plans with partners.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across regions and vertical markets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to drive partner impact.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for assigned technology, logistics, or channel partners.

Requirements

  • Must be living within commuting distance of Leiden.
  • Extensive experience managing strategic partnerships in a B2B SaaS or platform environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partner-influenced pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of co-selling models and GTM strategies.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Proactive and commercial mindset with the ability to operate independently.

  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
