What you will do

• Develop creative strategies and initiatives to address the marketing goals of major advertising clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, brand partners, and creative agencies to implement best-in-class advertising campaigns.
• Pitch and inspire clients to think differently about hirify.globalchat through presentations and visual storytelling.
• Provide feedback on design aspects of campaign creative to ensure alignment with platform strengths.
• Work with Research and Measurement teams to demonstrate the effectiveness of hirify.globalchat advertising.
• Manage creative agency partnerships and drive scalable client solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or a related field.
• Full-time office presence in London (4+ days/week) is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to ground creative work in data and insights.
• Intimate knowledge of hirify.globalchat platform advertising formats, including Augmented Reality.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and platforms to enhance creative ideation and workflows.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with proficiency in Google Suite and Keynote.
