What you will do

• Lead Data Ops and Integration teams responsible for the quality and onboarding of data from exchanges, brokers, news services, and blockchain protocols.
• Automate processes and implement AI for data validation and mapping, reducing manual work.
• Systematize tribal knowledge and manual processes, creating repeatable and scalable workflows.
• Serve as the internal product owner for the Admin Panel: build intuitive tools for managing data and configurations without engineering involvement.
• Optimize integrations and processes, moving from custom development to standardized, plug-and-play solutions.

Requirements

• Experienced leader with 8+ years in Data Ops, Product Ops, or Fintech Operations, including at least 3 years at a Director level.
• Expert in financial data: exchanges, L2/BBO, blockchain, and high-frequency data processing.
• Process architect capable of scaling operations through automation and AI.
• Product-minded leader who can communicate with engineers while keeping the user and business in focus.
• Systems thinker who sees a manual task and immediately asks, “How can we turn this into a configuration?”
