Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office). Schedule: Must align with US East Coast working hours (10 AM – 7 PM EET/EEST).

Salary: 3,800 – 4,800 EUR gross monthly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Solid understanding of statistical, machine learning, and deep learning fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania and able to work in a hybrid model.
• Must be able to align schedule with US East Coast working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in a corporate, finance, or fintech environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and large language model workflows.
• Practical industry experience with end-to-end deep learning model development.
