Senior Data Scientist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain custom machine learning models for production environments.
• Build advanced behavioral forecasting models to identify bad actors in transaction flows.
• Develop end-to-end supervised and unsupervised models for anomaly detection and outcome prediction.
• Design generative models based on profile and transaction data.
• Deploy models into real-time product environments and collaborate with MLOps to optimize accuracy and precision.
• Lead the statistical design and analysis of A/B testing to validate model performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science with a portfolio of original ML models.
• Deep theoretical and practical understanding of Boosting, NN, Bayesian, and Clustering frameworks.
• Advanced Python skills (Pandas, Numpy, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and structuring large-scale databases.
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or ClearML.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
