hirify.global monitors industrial equipment through Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA), using advanced AI to analyse the electrical “heartbeat” of motors, pumps, and drives.

What you will do

• Design and implement GenAI-enabled workflows that improve how teams operate on a day-to-day basis.
• Translate manual, repetitive, or fragmented processes into scalable automations.
• Prototype, test, and improve practical GenAI applications.
• Create solutions that are reliable and maintainable, documenting what you build and improving existing workflows over time.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in a technical role such as automation engineering, software engineering, AI engineering, solutions engineering, or similar.
• Strong preference for a technical academic background, such as computer science, AI, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building automations, integrations, scripts, or internal tools.
• A very strong and demonstrable affinity with GenAI and LLM-based workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
