What you will do
- Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers.
- Align GTM strategies with the regional partner ecosystem to accelerate growth.
- Drive sales enablement and technical training internally and for external partners.
- Manage key alliances with partners such as NVIDIA, Cisco, and HPE.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate partner performance and regional sales effectiveness.
- Negotiate partner agreements and ensure compliance with contractual and legal standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Proven leadership experience in channel sales and indirect go-to-market strategies.
- Deep understanding of consultative sales and solution selling techniques.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for productivity tracking and data analysis.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and build actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for executive-level engagement.
