TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Engaging prospective customers to identify new opportunities for hirify.global with an accent on building internal relationships and external partnerships. Focus on running a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closure and becoming a cybersecurity expert.

Location: This role will be based in our Singapore office operating on a hybrid working style requiring your presence in the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Actively engage prospective customers to identify new opportunities for hirify.global.
  • Run a sophisticated sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Discover and drive new business opportunities within mid-market and Enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with the C-suite and their VPs across Southeast Asia and North Asia markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute on a successful go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Telephone Sales experience.
  • Track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Cold Calling experience.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
  • Competitive nature and a collaborative team player.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels.

Nice to have

  • Customer Service background.
  • Security and/or SaaS Sales experience.
