What you will do

• Assist customers with system evaluations, benchmarks, configurations, and installations.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to define product requirements and usability through technical documentation.
• Lead technical sales strategy and manage technical responsibilities within key customer accounts.
• Create architectural blueprints for repeatable enterprise storage solutions.
• Develop and mentor a dispersed group of system and field engineers.
• Support the recruitment, hiring, and organizational development of the regional Sales and Sales Engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise storage sales supporting large IT organizations.
• Strong technical expertise in distributed storage architectures, file systems, DAS, NAS, and SAN.
• Ability to deliver high-quality technical presentations and architecture workshops.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance computing, networking, and enterprise security.
• Deep understanding of unstructured data applications and modern AI analytics frameworks.
• Proven ability to perform and thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
